Why our monitoring service is:
As with any power plant, monitoring of energy production is necessary. It is also the basis for energy billing. For us, high availability begins with the design of the heat engine modules. From the outset, we pay attention to the use of durable, robust materials and quality in manufacturing. Each of the modules contains a sensor system that provides qualified information about the condition of the machines. To free them from having to build their own control room, our goal is to centrally set up a server platform that allows them to control their equipment via the web. Consistent plug & play ultimately only works with this approach.
Therefore, every power plant needs an Internet connection. BULLENERGY’s service representative connects the power plant to the thermal engine server during commissioning and sets up each container element to give them access to the thermal engine modules.
These are our development goals:
- Power Plant app:
This is meant to be as simple as you’re used to with mobile apps. You have control over all your systems, down to the individual heat engine. - Service Level I:
The control computer in each container evaluates the sensor data and reports it to the server. It simultaneously performs a limit value check. In case of possible irregularities, it reports the irregularity to you and the BULLENERGY control center. (Threshold system). Of course, they can also report faults to the service themselves. Our goal is that they have as little work with it as possible. - Service Level II: the control computer is set up in such a way that it can solve defined low-threshold faults itself and sends a log. (Heath Check System) If this does not succeed, the BULLENERGY service team will try to solve problems remotely (via remote maintenance).
- Service Level III: It is important to have a support team close to you when no other solution is possible. There are various options that need to be worked out in detail. In any case, we have a plan and will provide all the necessary service information and assistance.
Accounting: data for your profit

Billing interface to your software
Once you produce energy with the BULLENERGY power plant, it is important to bill your users. Do you already use software in your accounting department? If no, then we will be happy to advise you.
The monitoring of the thermal engines collects data relevant for your billing, such as generated power and availability. This information can be exported from the BULLENERGY monitoring system via an XML interface (eXtensible Markup Langage). This is a data exchange format that is widely used around the world.
Monitoring by subscription
Any billing program can handle this data format. It is more a question to the producer of your accounting software what data he needs for the import and what kind of interfaces his system offers.
Since we provide you with BULLENERGY monitoring as a subscription, there are no additional costs here. Of course, you can also ask us to customize our interface for the provider of your software.
